Kanye West and his Australian 'wife' Bianca Censori have been permanently banned from a Venetian boat rental company following their indecent exposure scandal in Italy last week.

The couple sparked controversy last Monday when they were spotted enjoying a moment of love on a water taxi in Venice, with West pictured baring his bare behind to rowdy tourists.

Images of the couple showed the American rapper, 46, sitting in the back of the river taxi as his Australian so-called bride, 28, rested her head on his lap. Dailymail.

Venezia Turismo Motoscafi, the company that rented the boat to West and Censori, has since spoken exclusively to DailyMail Australia and confirmed the pair are 'no longer welcome' on their vessels.

In its statement, the company condemned the couple's strange activity, while confirming it was 'completely unaware' of what happened on the boat until the pictures were made public.

"On board, the driver had to guard the traffic and did not see these obscenities. If this had happened, he would have gone down immediately and reported the offenders to those in power."

"In addition, there was a third person on board the cab, who accompanied Mr. and Mrs. West, who in any case obstructed the captain's view of the stern."

The third person was a woman who was photographed hanging out with West and Censori during their Italian vacation.

The company went on to denounce the couple's explicit display, saying: "We completely disassociate ourselves from such acts and behavior."

"God. West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome aboard our company's ships," they added.

Venezia Turismo Motoscafi is one of Venice's leading private navigation companies, boasting an impressive array of celebrity clientele including: Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, Florence Pugh, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.

It comes after online critics argued that showing Kanye's rear amounted to 'public indecency', a charge which comes with a fine of up to 309 euros (A$520), according to Italy's Constitutional Court.

“How come these two aren't arrested for lewd behavior?” one commenter wrote, while another also complained, saying: “Public misbehavior! Keep it for the privacy of your home."

Someone else added: “The Italian authorities should arrest them for indecent behavior by engaging in lewd and disgusting behavior in public. There is clearly a crowd, maybe the children saw it."

Other users said the lewd display was 'disrespectful' to residents of the conservative Catholic nation.

"This kind of dumb stunt is what helps all Americans portray them as having no class or respect," one user complained.

“I wish the police would arrest these two for their ignorant behavior. They are making fun of the country," added another.

Other worried fans have asked if the strange display is proof that the rapper is 'controlling' Bianca.

“Can anyone see that both of these people need help? Where is this woman's family and surely Kanye has people who are interested in his well-being," wrote one.

“Poor girl. She looks miserable," commented another, while someone else added: "Well, she sure doesn't look happy."

Another fan said Bianca 'needs to get out of that sick relationship' while someone else wrote: 'How humiliating for her. That poor woman needs help. She looks miserable'.

Before boarding the boat, West was covered head-to-toe in an all-black outfit, while Censori wore a knee-length coat, which she teamed with a pair of cream heels. /Telegraph/
