Votimi i fansave ka qenë online, ndërsa janë votuar 16 kategori, ku kanë konkurruar nga pesë emra më të mëdhenj të muzikës bashkëkohore ballkanike që paraprakisht janë zgjedhur nga Akademia e Muzikës Ballkanike. Sivjet është ndarë edhe çmimi për ‘zbulimin më të madh’ të Ballkanit, që e ka fituar Alexandra Stan nga Rumania.
Veç videos më të mirë në Ballkan, Elvana e ka fituar edhe me çmimin kënga më e mirë në Ballkan nga Republika e Shqipërisë, pikërisht për këngën “Afër dhe larg”.
