SPAK has completed preliminary investigations and sent 27 defendants, accused of criminal offenses within structured criminal groups, for trial in the Special Court.

Among them are former MP Arben Ndoka, Ervis Martinaj, missing since 2022, Durim Bami, Endrit Dokle, former officer Altin Morina, Arian Tuku, Samuel Ndoka, Aldo Avdyli, Fatmir Troplini, Marklen Haka and Erlis Duka.


According to SPAK, Arben Ndoka and his son-in-law, Arian Tuku, during 2020 led a criminal group and provided the means to kill Durim and Valter Bami, collaborating with Ervis Martinaj, Samuel Ndoka, Jozi Kraja, Aldo Avdyli and Marklen Haka. On July 3, 2020, they assisted in the illegal entry of Aldo Avdyli from Montenegro, while on December 1, 2020, they planned the murder of Aleks Ndreka, which remained an attempt.

Another group, led by Tori Xhecuka and financed by Ervis Martinaj, with the participation of Florenc Kelmendi and Marklen Haka, was organized since June 2020 for the murder of Durim Bami and attempted on November 4, 2020, his execution and that of Ervin Kodra.

Meanwhile, Durim Bami organized and led a group for the cultivation of cannabis in Nikël and Bubq during the period December 2019-July 2020, also assisted by police officers such as Altin Morina.

Investigations show that the defendants have committed serious crimes, including attempted premeditated murder, providing means of murder, illegal possession and production of weapons, trafficking and cultivation of narcotics, leading criminal groups, abuse of office and aiding in illegal border crossing./RTSH
