Through an emotional post on social media, Hadid addressed anyone facing similar challenges by sharing messages of support.


Specifically, in the post, he shared a series of motivational quotes, one of which stands out in particular because it reflects the internal struggle that many people are experiencing today.

"When the burdens get too heavy and the future looks bleak, it's okay to take a moment to rest - even if you feel like you've lost your spark. When you feel like you're out of your body and can't accept reality, there's no point in looking for beauty in everything. Sometimes, when everything gets scary, survival becomes a priority. We focus only on what we need to survive. Everything else falls into the background because the goal is just to feel safe," she began in the post.
