From January 1, 2025, every natural and legal person will be able to submit initiatives, requests and proposals to the Constitutional Court through electronic mail (e-mail), the Constitutional Court announced.

"Electronic submission of submissions is possible through the website of the Constitutional Court, i.e. through the category "Address to the Court", where in the subcategory "Electronic submission of submissions" there are instructions on how to submit electronically.

Submission of electronic submissions is provided with the Regulation for electronic submission of submissions in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia and it is published on the website of the Court", the announcement states./Telegrafi/
