The reckless 20-year-old was banned from driving for three years as well as being slapped with a 14-month prison sentence, after admitting dangerous driving. Locke, from Kenley, South London, was jailed on 30 January at Dartford and Gravesham Magistrates Court. The dreadful driver shocked Highways Agency CCTV operatives when they spotted him bombing down the hard shoulder in his black BMW 120d anti-clockwise - on the clockwise carriageway.
