Namely, he decided to save money for transporting the classic Ferrari car to an event, but he soon regretted it, Telegraph reports.

Instead of sending it by "spider" to a destination 18 kilometers away, the owner of the salon and car restoration company Mechatronik entrusted the expensive Ferrari F40 to a young employee.

The 24-year-old accepted the task, but after a few minutes he paid the price of his inexperience in driving a car worth three million euros.

German media report that the exact cause of the accident is not known and the possibility that it was a mechanical defect is not excluded.

That's small consolation for the employee that this accident will likely cost him.

In the tunnel, he lost control of the car and hit the side rock with the front end.

Instead of being on display at the Motorworld Car Show, the car is back where it started and will be rebuilt. /Telegraph/
