The US Embassy in Tirana has posted several photos from a US Special Operations Forces Europe exercise.
The announcement states that Special Operations Forces have arrived with two CV-22 Osprey aircraft, in a low-visibility operation at night.

Under cover of darkness and in coordination with our Albanian Allies, Special Operations Forces assigned to the U.S. Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) conducted an emergency deployment readiness exercise at the military base in Zall Herr last week.
Special Operations Forces arrived with two CV-22 Osprey aircraft, in a low-visibility operation at night.
The exercise tested the unit's ability to deploy rapidly, ensuring they are ready to respond quickly and effectively to potential crises or operations in the region.
