Through a post on his Instagram account, Lumbardh Salihu has officially confirmed his candidacy for MP, sharing with his followers a photo with the caption: "It's official. Candidate for MP."
This announcement comes on the eve of the extraordinary elections to be held on December 28. This marks his second attempt to become part of the Kosovo Assembly within this year.
The winner of the second edition of Big Brother VIP Kosovo debuted on the political scene in the February 9 elections, competing under the banner of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).

Although it was his first time trying his hand at politics, Salihu managed to collect over six thousand votes, a respectable result for a debutant. However, this figure did not secure him a seat in parliament in the first round.
Now, with a confirmed voter base and the experience gained from his first campaign, the former popular TV host is once again seeking the trust of the citizens.
