A new technology product automates the processing of supplier invoices for companies that process high volumes of invoices and use different ERP systems.
The solution significantly reduces the manual work of financial departments and increases the speed, accuracy and control of the process.
This product was developed and launched by the local company Kutia and was initially implemented at Duo Cosmetics, integrating directly with the company's existing ERP, without the need for changes to current work processes.
What does this product do?
The system developed by Kutia processes supplier invoices from PDF in a fully automated manner - from reading the document to recording in the ERP.
Ai:
• reads invoices directly from PDF documents, regardless of format or language,
• automatically identifies the supplier and invoice structure,
• extracts key data such as invoice number, date, amounts and items,
• performs additional calculations when invoices do not contain unit prices,
• and records the invoices in the ERP as supplier invoices (draft).
The process is carried out without fixed templates and without the need for manual intervention in standard cases.
