David and Victoria Beckham are in Montenegro, enjoying their vacation in Sveti Stefan

David and Victoria Beckham are spending the holidays with their family for the second time in Saint Stephen. The Beckhams are known for their lavish vacations, often jetting off to far-flung destinations such as the Maldives and Turkey and the Caicos Islands.

But the family traveled a little closer to home for their last summer vacation, flying just over two hours from Great Britain to Montenegro, writes the Montenegrin media, Telegraph reports.

The retired footballer and his family chose the perfect destination for their stay in Montenegro; the small island and resort at the five-star hotel, "Aman Sveti Stefan", located near Budva, which offers stunning views of the sea and privacy away from the public eye.

Being one of the most beautiful tourist destinations on the Adriatic Sea, Montenegro is attracting more and more tourists, especially the rich and famous.

The family visited the Montenegrin coast with their luxury yacht, after a few days of stay on the coast of Italy.

They were in Montenegro last year as well, although according to the British tabloid Daily Mail, based on photos published by family members on Instagram, they were vacationing in Croatia. Only later did signs appear that they were indeed in Montenegro.

Brooklyn Beckham was the one who confirmed it through a video published on Instagram, as he showed one of the Montenegrin coasts where the family is currently vacationing. /Telegraph/
