This is the food that Jennifer Lopez uses to keep in shape

Jennifer Lopez has proven time and time again that age is nothing but a number.
From walking the Versace catwalk at London Fashion Week last September to show the world she was still in shape to her impressive Super Bowl performance, the star continues to defy stereotypes of aging women.
And now her personal chef has revealed the foods she relies on to keep her in tip-top shape. Kelvin Fernandez, who has worked for her for two years, shared exactly what's in her fridge.
"There's sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, even though Jennifer isn't a fan of fruit. The kids love their fresh berries," Fernandez said. "There's always greens like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice." According to him, J.Lo and A-Rod "like to start their day with a green juice."

And apparently, breakfast isn't complete without some turkey bacon.
'Eggs are always there. They love chicken sausage for breakfast, turkey bacon is a must at all times and egg whites. We crack eggs all week long.'
"Their team knows what they eat regularly, so there are always eggs, there are always healthy foods and there are always chocolates or something for the kids," he says.

And for dinner, the Lopez clan are big fans of Mexican food.
"They love tacos. It could be Tuesday, it could be Wednesday, it could be Thursday, it doesn't matter," he said. "They love tacos."
And ultimately, Fernandez says, ‘The most important thing is that the fridge is always stocked.’ J.Lo and Alex ‘love consistency’ when it comes to their diet, so the couple’s team ‘does a great job’ making sure that happens. /Telegraph/
