Acting Deputy Minister of Justice, Vigan Qorrolli, represented Kosovo at the Justice Action Coalition (JAC), a global forum that brings together ministers of justice and representatives of the world's most important institutions for justice and the rule of law, in Madrid, Spain.

According to a post on the social network Facebook, Qorolli wrote that as of April 2023, Kosovo is a full member of this international alliance.

"And today, in Madrid, her voice was heard as the voice of a Republic that is moving forward, with clean hands and with institutions that are growing in strength and credibility. In my speech, I emphasized that the fight against corruption is no longer a moral battle, but a national project to make justice the foundation of all progress," he said.

He further wrote that a state that fights corruption is a state that gains the trust of its citizens and the respect of the world.

"Kosovo is making great strides forward. According to the World Justice Project, Transparency International, and Freedom House, our country ranks among the most progressive in the region."

According to the Gallup Global Safety Report 2025, Kosovo is among the three safest countries in the world and the safest country in Europe, with 94 points out of 100 – a testament to citizens' trust in the law and their state.

"With Kosovo strengthening justice, law and its institutional dignity, in the heart of Europe and on the global stage of law," Qorolli wrote, among other things. /Telegrafi/
