Workers' rights in Macedonia, worker inequality is a big problem

Negotiations are underway on a new labor law, which is expected to be completed in 2019, and to promote workers' rights. Approximately 80% of the law is regulated according to the requirements of the League of Trade Unions, another 14 articles have been harmonized with all partners, says the president of the LSM, Darko Dimovski, on the show "Otvoreno Studio1".
While according to Risto Ajtov, the manipulation of laws lies in the inequality of workers in Macedonia, that is, the state authorities that implement and control the implementation of laws, and the government itself has not yet signed a collective agreement for the public sector for which it will define K-15- your.
"Imagine where the absurdity is, when the government does not provide it for those who are under the state cover, in the public, while it requires private companies to pay. This means that the inequality of workers is a big problem. Secondly, the workers themselves should come to the Union and complain, not speak out loud, because every time we make a complaint to the Labor Inspectorate, then they should go out into the field, determine the irregularities and force employers to pay the K-15," said Ajtov./Telegraph/
