The covid crisis has worsened the rights of workers, estimates the head of the union, Darko Dimovski, in his appearance today on the show "Magazine Ekonomike", in Alsat.
As he explains, employers are "sacrificing" employees, or some of them, in the hope that in this way they will reduce costs, and manage to overcome the crisis.
"We, as the Confederation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, do not agree with that, because the collective agreement and the Law on Labor Relations, in such crisis conditions, have foreseen how it should be, without leaving workers without existence, and I call on all employers, if they appear at the Confederation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, for us to explain it to them," said Dimovski.
