Kosovo Security Force was equipped today with a contingent of thousands of "SKYDAGGER RTF 15" kamikaze combat drones which arrived today at Pristina International Airport "Adem Jashari".
These drones are manufactured in Turkey and the contract for their purchase was made in December last year with the well-known Turkish company "Baykar".

When flying with a payload, the drone maintains performance by offering up to 14 minutes of flight, while the maximum radius of action reaches up to 10 km - a considerable distance for search missions, equipment distribution or remote patrols.
With a maximum speed of 130 km/h, the "SKYDAGGER RTF 15" guarantees rapid mobility and immediate response to various operational situations. This makes it ideal for urgent missions, where time is a critical factor.
One of the main advantages of this drone is its payload capacity, which reaches up to 5 kg.
This enables the transportation of various equipment, materials or sensors, turning the "SKYDAGGER RTF 15" into a versatile solution for multiple operational needs.
Acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti has announced that these suicide drones, also known as RTF (Ready to Fly) FpVs, are combat drones equipped with explosive devices for the purpose of hitting moving and static enemy targets.

The drone can also be used for a wide range of professional applications, including: Monitoring and surveillance of remote areas, distribution of light materials over considerable distances, search and rescue operations, and technical control and inspection of critical infrastructure.
