Aliu: Soon a national center for appointments, so that patients can reach a specialist doctor as quickly as possible

The "My Appointment" system is one of the points where citizens most feel the need for a fast, accessible, fair and transparent service, emphasized to TVM2 the Minister of Health, Azir Aliu.
According to him, they will soon create a national center that will focus on information and processes within the "My Appointment" system so that patients can reach their scheduled appointment with a specialist as quickly and easily as possible.
"We have also opened processes to create a national 'Data Center', a center in which we will have everything focused, both information and processes within this system in terms of patient waiting. Here we have two problems, the first problem is the lack of doctors as we emphasized earlier, so this is a process that will not be solved in one day, it will take time to create adequate profiles, and the other form is the lack of other alternative forms, besides medicine with old methodologies, for this reason we introduce the term medicine as a new concept which will enable even doctors who do not live in Macedonia to provide health services in the country, thus they will be connected to health institutions in the country where they come, but on the other hand we will also reduce the aspect of patient waiting for reading the results." - said the Minister of Health, Azir Aliu.
The Minister of Health, Azir Aliu, emphasized that citizens will soon feel this change, not only on the screen, but also in their daily lives.
