A judge has decided to put Spanish bamker Jaime Botin, brother of late Emilio Botin former president of Santander Bank, on trial accused of smuggling after selling abroad the work of Pablo Picasso 'Head of a Young Woman', valued in 26 million euros. Botin had asked for permission to sell it through an auction house back in 2012, but the permission was denied. The painting was found years later, in August 2015 on board a boat toad in Corsica, France, were the Spanish Civil Guard seized the painting and took it to the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, Spain.
