First footage released after attack on one of Russia's largest petrochemical plants

The first images from the Nizhnekamskneftekhim industrial complex have been released, following the attack that hit one of the main areas of this important petrochemical plant in Russia.

According to reports, the footage shows the factory's second industrial area, which is considered one of the main production sectors.

This part of the complex produces important materials such as ethylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, synthetic rubber and other petrochemical products.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim is one of the largest polymer producers in Russia and a large part of its production capacities are concentrated precisely in this area of the plant.

So far, full details about the damage caused by the attack have not been released, while Russian authorities are expected to provide more information about the impact on the production process.
