The neighbourhood".nnWhile other angry neighbours threatened to destroy the vehicle if the owner parked there again, leaving threatening notes on the windscreen.nnThe alarming incident happened in the City of Valparaiso, in Central Chile waking residents before 8am and disturbing them for the rest of the day in the Cerro Concepcion neighbourhood.nnAnother note written on paper and stuck on the rear window said: "You can¿t imagine what you¿ve caused today. My baby cried the whole time for your ******* alarm. We¿ve got a neighbour suffering from epilepsy and she can¿t cope with stress; and it was all so you could save what you were supposed to pay like the rest of us [parking tax]. You are a ***** that stopped his car here taking the space of us residents. I think next time I¿ll see your car here I will not act as decent as now.n "And yes¿ I¿ll destroy it. Banorët e frustruar, iu hakmorën shoferit, vetura e të cilit lëshoi alarm për shtatë orë pandërprerë.

Mbi pjesën e përparme të Kia Rio, ata shkruan me ngjyrën e kuqe që nuk shlyhet: “Faleminderit që na bëre mëngjesin m*t. Fqinjët”.

Ky nuk është rasti i vetëm që në një lagje të Valparaiso në Itali, ua tërheqin vërejtjen pronarëve të pandërgjeqshëm të veturave.

“Vajza ime ka qarë tërë natën shkaku i zhurmës që lëshonte sirena”, ka shkruar në një letër, të cilën ia kanë ngjitur veturës që nuk i ndalej alarmi.

“Ne e kemi edhe një fqinje me epilepsi dhe ajo ka pasur kriza vetëm shkaku i alarmit tënd”, shkruhet në letrën që përillet me disa fjalë banale.

“Nëse sërish e shoh veturën tënde në parkingun e lagjes, më beso që nuk do ta gjesh njëjtë”, është kërcënimi që i është bërë shoferit. /Telegrafi/
