Veliaj reacts again from prison: They are holding me without any charges - the trial against me is rigged

Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj has reacted for the second time from prison within the last 24 hours.

In his latest reaction, Veliaj denounced his detention, saying that he is being held without any formal charges and accused the authorities of flagrant violations of his rights.

He has described these actions as part of an "illegal vetting" and a "manipulated process" intended to damage his image and personal life.

The last, but also the most desperate argument of Ols Dado is literally this, written by the failed violinist himself (p. 277): "The behavior of citizen Erion Veliaj, when it comes to the communication used with the BKH investigators and the "courage" shown to leave his intimidating messages written to the proceeding body, clearly proves the personality of the latter."

On page 361, another Erjoni, the butcher Bani, repeats this “copy&paste” to justify my being left in prison without official charges. Because, just so you know, copy&paste is the whole file: what the prosecutor writes, the judge notarizes, without even bothering to paraphrase it, and the Democratic Party literally links the two.

What a shame, for jurisprudence!

Let me break down this insurance rationale a bit: On December 28th, I travel to Washington for a meeting with the World Bank. As the plane departs, my wife picks me up, worried that a certain Samet Gurguri, an unknown name with an unknown number, had invited her to return once again to SPAK, where she had previously been for 9 hours and 30 minutes to the point of physical and mental exhaustion, facing the dressmaker Ols Dado.

In a serious psychological state, under medication and in tears, alone with her son, she tells me that she is completely panicked, because on Saturday, a day off on New Year's Eve, even in the middle of a hysterical attack by hyenas from political and media circles, she is told by an unknown person to come back to SPAK!

What about me? I believe I did what any man would do, I called the anonymous number to find out which civil servant was communicating via WhatsApp on Saturday morning with a woman, a mother, on New Year's Eve? The number did not answer.

As the plane was getting ready for takeoff, since it had become a recurring occurrence that as soon as I left the country, Olsi would attack my family, I texted Samet "it's Saturday - Sabbath, Shabbat - even God rested on Saturday" and reminded him that "this repeated persecution of my wife as soon as I leave the country is shameful, I tell Olsi Dado, you've molested my wife enough."

After this "heavy" text, it turns out that Samet Gurguri was "intimidated" and asked Olsi to add charges and justify my imprisonment (or Olsi was intimidated and asked my namesake the butcher to lock me up so that I wouldn't take revenge on him - who knows how Olsi imagined my fatal revenge!).

But if we were so "intimidated", how is it possible that we opened the door to Gurgur on December 31, when he came to the Municipality of Tirana and looked at documents, without asking about the rules of entry and exit in a state institution, and even sat on the staff computers and asked for all kinds of information, which he received one by one? In fact, due to the "great intimidation" that I, Erion, gave him with a normal text message, Sameti stayed at the Municipality on December 31 until 18.00:XNUMX pm, even though it is known that on the last day of the year, the ladies of every institution are released a little earlier than the official schedule to deal with the preparation of the New Year's dinner. But, no! Sameti was our choice to stay at the Municipality of Tirana even for the turn of the year and we were ready to keep him there as long as he liked. And I don't believe Samet has seen this kind of respect even from his colleagues in the SPAK building.

Ah, I did another Google search for this Sameti and it turned out to be a specialist at the Fier Hospital, an activist of the Democratic Party, Libofshë branch, and a regular commentator against the partisans, anti-fascists and bloody communists. I am very happy that the DP has a branch in Libofshë, pluralism in every corner of Albania is a sign of an active democracy. I am also excited that activists like Sameti give the Marsh Party their time, energy and statuses – new blood for carcasses like Saliu is vital for the survival of his political corpse.

But, as a state official, Sameti should send a summons, with paper and a stamp, as he sends to any murderer – and as he should have sent to the bomb-maker Shkëlzen or the murderer Sali. I don't believe that Sameti addresses them as "o Sali" or "o Zeno", as he says to me as "o Erion". And I don't believe, no, no, that he wakes up Armina or Liri on Saturday mornings, after having kept them since 9am (I don't know if he ever called them, although opaque foundations and transparent underwear are no-no), to tell them "come early from SPAK".

Saliu would have probably burned Samet alive on the woodpile under the balcony, before hitting him with a stick on the back of the head while my intimidated one was on his way to Libofshë. And I did what any normal husband and parent would do, to ask him not to harass his family in his absence, and not to rape his wife on the official holiday before New Year's!

But, Samet was a little Sali in that circle of big Sali's nannies, who, even though they are paid more than the President of the Republic, have reduced the "state to a state of chaos."
