PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

Telegrafi sh.pk (hereinafter “Telegrafi”, “we”, “our site”, “media”) respects the privacy of every user who visits our site https://telegrafi.com/ or uses our digital applications and services.

The privacy and cookies document has been drafted in full compliance with Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data (Kosovo) , and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how our visitors' personal data is collected, used and protected. It applies only to the Telegrafit Sh.PK platform and does not cover third-party sites or services that may be accessed through links or embeds published on our platform.

The data we collect

We collect and process personal data in the following categories:

a. Data voluntarily provided by you:

Name, surname, email address, phone number, data provided in comments, surveys, competitions, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, materials for publication, etc.

b. Data collected automatically when you use our site:

IP address, device type, operating system, browser, general location data (derived from IP), navigation data, cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags).

c. Verification data:

In certain legal or administrative cases, when you exercise your rights, we may request additional information to verify your identity, in order to protect you and your data from unauthorized access.

Purposes of processing

  • Communication and requests: managing complaints, forms and contacts.
  • Security and technical functionality: guaranteeing the functioning of the site, through technical cookies.
  • Analytics and performance: usage analysis and user experience improvement (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Marketing and personalization: To display relevant ads, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and integrate content from third parties, such as social networks, videos, and multimedia services (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel, YouTube embeds), only based on your prior consent.

Personal data, Cookies and their management

Only the categories of cookies for which consent has been given are activated, with the exception of those that are technically necessary for the functioning of the platform:

· Necessary cookies are automatically enabled for the basic functionality and security of the platform.

· Analytical/marketing cookies are only activated with your consent.

Preferences can be managed through the "Manage options" option in the cookie banner.

Users can change or withdraw their consent at any time through the cookie settings/preferences available on the platform.

Disallowing non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the basic content of the platform.

In accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:

Right to rectification: to request the updating or correction of inaccurate data;

Right to erasure: to request the deletion of personal data in cases provided for by law;

Right to object: to object to processing in certain circumstances;

Right to restriction of processing: to request restriction of data use;

Right to portability: to receive data in a structured and readable format;

Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;

The right not to be subject to automated decisions that produce legal or similar effects.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

How we protect and how long we store your data

Personal data is stored on protected servers (SSL, Firewall).

Access to data is allowed only to authorized staff.

The same are stored only for the period necessary to achieve the relevant purposes or according to legal deadlines.

Data collected through technical cookies is stored only for the duration of the session or for the minimum period necessary for the basic functioning of the platform.

Analytical and marketing cookies are stored according to the providers' configurations (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), usually from 6 months to 2 years, in accordance with their standard practices.

After the deadline expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information.

However, some data may be shared with technical partners for certain purposes:

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube)
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel, Instagram, Threads)
  • Mandeta Ads / Telegrafi Ads for ad management
  • IT providers and cloud services for secure data storage

All sharing is done in accordance with the platforms' own standards, in compliance with privacy protection laws and relevant data processing agreements.

Social networks and third-party services

The website may contain integrations from third parties, including Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google LLC (YouTube) and other advertising or multimedia services.

These platforms may collect and process personal data through cookies or similar technologies, in accordance with their privacy policies. Telegrafi does not control and is not responsible for the independent processing carried out by these third parties.

Some third-party services may process or store data outside the Republic of Kosovo or the European Economic Area, in accordance with the mechanisms and guarantees provided by applicable legislation for the protection of personal data.

Children's data

Telegraph does not intend to collect data from persons under the age of 16.
If it is suspected that a child has provided personal data without parental consent, it will be deleted immediately after verification.

Telegrafi is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites. We recommend that you read their respective policies before using them.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, technological or operational changes.
