Presidenti amerikan, Joe Biden dhe Zonja e Parë, Jill Biden ndoqën ceremoninë dinjitoze të 13 anëtarëve të marinsave të vrarë në Kabul.

Nga 13 që vdiqën, familjet e 11 anëtarëve të ushtarakëve lejuan mediat të mbulonin transferimet në Bazën Ajrore Dover, raporton cnn.

Biden dhe Zonjës së Parë iu bashkuan zyrtarë të tjerë ushtarakë dhe administrativë, përfshirë Sekretarin e Mbrojtjes, Lloyd Austin, Kryetarin e Shefave të Përgjithshëm të Shtabit, Mark Milley dhe Sekretarin e Shtetit, Antony Blinken.
