Kim Kardashian: I take 35 supplements a day
Popular television star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian has revealed that she takes a large number of supplements every day, saying that she consumes about 35 supplements a day.
She made this statement during a conversation on the "Good Hang" podcast, moderated by actress Amy Poehler, where the health challenges faced by women after 40 were also discussed, including taking care of vitamins and aspects such as bone density.
"I take maybe 35 supplements a day. I split them into three doses and at one point I was like, 'Okay, I can't take this fish oil anymore. I'm tired of taking so many pills, I need to stop,'" Kardashian said. According to her, after she stopped taking it for a while, blood tests clearly showed the difference.
"Then my blood results came back and it was clear that I had stopped it, so I had to start it again," she added.
Kardashian specifically mentioned fish oil, known as a source of omega-3 fatty acids. She said she uses it as part of her health care routine, and the conversation also highlighted common benefits associated with omega-3s, such as heart and brain support, reduced inflammation, and effects on skin, eyes, and joints.
However, Kim admitted that she gets tired of having to take so many pills - a condition she called "pill fatigue".

"The pills are just too big! I wish there was some kind of infusion I could take every day, on the way to work," she said with humor.
