Iniesta begins his coaching career – here is the team he will manage next season

Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta is set to take up his first coaching job in the coming days. The 42-year-old ended his playing career two years ago and has been studying for his coaching license.
Initially, Iniesta was not seen as a natural candidate to step into coaching, unlike former teammate Xavi Hernandez, while he had previously hinted that he would also consider the role of sporting director.
Recently, the pair were rumored to be taking over the Moroccan national team in these two capacities, but that deal ended up falling through.
However, it appears that Iniesta will return to the Arabian Peninsula, as Fabrizio Romano reports that he will take charge of Gulf United, which competes in the second division of the United Arab Emirates.
The Italian transfer journalist explains that the agreement has been reached and that the signing of the contract will follow.
Iniesta is following a similar path in training to Xavi, but at a lower level, just as Xavi began his coaching career when he took charge of Al-Saad in Qatar.
Iniesta ended his playing career at the Emirates. If things go well in the United Arab Emirates, he will undoubtedly be linked with a return to Barcelona./ Telegraph /
