Six people are being treated at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCK) as a result of injuries caused by pyrotechnic devices during the night of the change of weather.

The Director of Emergency at UCCK, Naser Syla, announced that two of the injured suffered injuries to their faces and eyes, while the condition of one of them is serious.


According to him, four other people presented with injuries to their upper extremities, mainly their hands.

Syla emphasized that the use of pyrotechnics during this night was in large quantities, significantly increasing the risk of serious injuries to citizens.

Health authorities continue to call on citizens to exercise increased caution and avoid the use of pyrotechnic devices, to prevent serious health consequences.
