At least 10 dead, police say 'no signs of terrorism' - after explosion at Swiss ski resort

Swiss police say at least 10 people have died and 10 others have been injured after an explosion at a bar in a ski resort.
Police have also confirmed that the incident is not being treated as terrorism-related, Sky News reports.
This comes after a police spokesman said "we are seeing many injured and many dead".

As a reminder, the explosion and subsequent fire occurred during New Year's Eve celebrations at Le Constellation Bar and Lounge in the Alpine ski resort of Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
The explosion reportedly occurred at 1:30 a.m. local time.
Meanwhile, there are reports suggesting that more than 100 people were in Le Constellation Bar and Lounge in the Alpine ski resort of Crans-Montana at the time of the fire.

The bar reportedly had a capacity to hold more than 300 people, with a more accurate figure of how many people were inside yet to be confirmed.
Crans-Montana is located in southwestern Switzerland and is a popular holiday destination.
