Sylvester Stallone has listed his four-bedroom Hidden Hills home for $22.5 million (€21.1 million) after moving into a $35 million (€32.9 million) property in Palm Beach, Florida.

The movie star, 76, was spotted out and about with his wife Jennifer Flavin, 54, in Calabasas on Tuesday morning. Dailymail.


The couple, who briefly split in August, stayed close as they enjoyed a walk in the Los Angeles neighborhood.

The "Rocky" star wore jeans with a gray zip-up jacket that he wore with the sleeves rolled up, while wearing a pair of glasses and a pair of brown shoes.

In one hand she carried a small shopping bag.

Jennifer wore a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, adding a gray blazer, while also donning a pair of sunglasses.

The couple's outing comes a day after Sylvester and Jennifer put their Hidden Hills property on the market for $22.5 million (€21.1 million) through real estate agent Jordan Cohen of Re/Max.

They bought the 10,460-square-foot home in March for $18.2 million (€17.1 million), according to TMZ; which is spread over 2.26 hectares of land with mountain views.

The mansion also features a gym, kitchen, guest house, pool and home theater with four bedrooms and bathrooms.

There are over 100 avocado and citrus trees, a vegetable garden and a koi pond.

Sylvester and Jennifer live in a $35 million (€32.9 million) mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, which is their primary residence.

The stars are parents to three children together: daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20; Sylvester also has a son named Seargeoh, 43, with ex-wife Sasha Crack. He also had a son named Sage with Sasha, but he died in 2012 aged 36.
