The Central Election Commission has published the results after recounting 99.78% of the votes, where changes in the number of votes for several candidates of political entities were identified.

Changes in the number of votes have also been recorded among the candidates for prime minister from LVV, PDK, LDK and AAK.


According to official data, Albin Kurti from LVV secured a total of 56,338 votes, while the recount marked a decrease of 141 votes compared to the previous results.

Unlike Kurti, Bedri Hamza from PDK secured a total of 24,277 votes, with 59 more votes added to his tally in the recount.

Lumir Abdixhiku from LDK also had an increase of 5 votes from the recount. He secured a total of 11,650 votes.

Meanwhile, Ramush Haradinaj from AAK has also suffered a loss of votes from the recount process. He has 14 fewer votes, while the total number of votes is 4,993.

The recount process is continuing for other candidates and political entities, while the final results are expected to be certified after the conclusion of all legal procedures. /Telegraph/
