Police in Austin, Texas, said Rosalinda Nuno Trevino, 40, was stopped for multiple traffic violations, including honking her horn while running a red light.
The video, filmed by a bystander, shows a police officer from the Austin Police Department putting his hand on the handcuffed woman's chest twice while checking her for a weapon.
After putting his hand on her chest for the first time, Trevino is heard repeatedly saying "I want a woman to check me out", while the person filming the policeman accuses him of abuse of duty and abuse.
On the other hand, police officials in Austin have announced that the police have implemented the protocol, and that it was impossible for him at that moment to call a police officer to assist him.
