Lebanon and Israel have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire, Trump says

US President Donald Trump has said that Lebanon and Israel have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire.
According to Trump, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reached the agreement after speaking with the American president, reports the Telegraph.
The ceasefire will come into effect at 23:00 Kosovo time.

US Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will now work with both countries "to achieve a SUSTAINABLE PEACE", Trump has announced.
Trump then repeated his oft-used phrase that he has resolved nine wars and that "this will be my 10th."
His statements come after reports that Donald Trump spoke on the phone with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.
A statement shared by Aoun's social media account said he "renewed his thanks for the efforts that Trump is making to achieve a ceasefire in Lebanon and ensure lasting peace and stability" during the call. /Telegrafi/
