Rebel Wilson has revealed the very simple way she lost 35 kilograms during her 'year of health' in 2020.

In an interview with Apple Fitness+, the actress, 41, admitted that walking — instead of endless high-intensity exercise — has actually been her secret weight-loss weapon.


Rebel said a doctor had advised her to start walking, insisting it was the 'best way' for her to lose weight.

"The doctor told me, 'Rebel, the best way to lose unwanted body fat is to just walk,'" she explained.

"It doesn't have to be high intensity, it doesn't have to be uphill, just moderate walking for an hour a day. And if you can do that, for you, for your body type, it's the best way to lose unwanted body fat."

Rebel made headlines around the world after declaring 2020 her 'year of health' and has since lost around 35 kilograms. /Telegraph/
