Linda Hamilton joins the cast of 'Stranger Things' season five

Linda Hamilton has officially joined the cast of the fifth season of "Stranger Things."
Best known for her role as warrior Sarah Connor in "The Terminator," Linda joining the Netflix science fiction series for its final episodes will undoubtedly bring great joy to fans around the globe.
It is not yet known who Linda will play or which side she will be on, or which character she will fit into.

In addition to portraying one of the most iconic characters ever in film history, the 66-year-old has also received some impressive accolades throughout her career, including nominations for three Golden Globes.

The actress first played the role of Sarah Connor in the 1984 film "The Terminator."

However, one of the most memorable images of Linda as Sarah came from the 1991 sequel "Terminator 2: Judgment Day."
In an interview, director James Cameron has spoken about the grueling training Linda underwent to prepare for the role, including how she learned to skillfully use firearms for the first time.

"Stranger Things" fans can't wait to find out what the fifth and final season has in store for them, but they'll have a little while to wait, with the final installment expected to hit Netflix sometime in 2024. /Telegraph/
