In the Assembly, they are often very close to each other, but representatives of the largest political parties continue to fail to meet to discuss the issue of the President.

They didn't do anything like that on Tuesday, when exactly eight days were marked since the last Kurti-Abdixhiku discussion, which ended without a result.

"Prime Minister Kurti is also continuing his commitments and I believe that in the remaining days, because there are not many days left, a consensus and support will be reached, as well as concrete proposals, and a solution will be found for the election of the President," said the head of the VV Parliamentary Group, Arbërie Nagavci.

But, despite knowing that the deadline is about to expire, Vetëvendosje continues not to send another invitation to PDK.

"The Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo has 120 deputies. The Democratic Party of Kosovo has only 22 deputies. If the parliamentary majority is interested in electing the president, the only option is not to negotiate and agree with the PDK, there are other options," said the Secretary General of the PDK, Vlora Çitaku.

Although not for the president, party representatives met at the Presidency of the Assembly to schedule Friday's session and approve the agenda, with several important points.

"The draft law on the Bureau for the Confiscation of Unjustified Assets, and the Decision on sending the KSF to Gaza," said the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Ardian Gola.

However, it is not known whether the draft law on the Bureau for the Confiscation of Unjustified Assets will have the support of the opposition, who do not rule out sending it back to the Constitutional Court.

"We have a team of lawyers, and of course we have an obligation to ensure that every law that passes in the Assembly is in accordance with the constitution," said Çitaku.

On Friday, MPs will also vote on the election of two Constitutional Court judges, out of a total of six candidates.
