Police arrested four people this afternoon after a fire that engulfed a building near Pharmacy 10 in Tirana the day before.
Top Channel learns that among those arrested is the market manager, who was on the first floor, where the fire is suspected to have started and then engulfed the entire facade of the building.
The building's administrator and two other people were also arrested.
So far, 71 apartments have been damaged, while it is being verified how many of them have been completely and partially burned. /Tch/
