Victoria Beckham has transformed her figure through training five times a week and a disciplined diet

Victoria Beckham has transformed her figure in recent months through grueling judo training with a former Team GB star.
Despite being known as 'Posh Spice', the star now looks more like Sporty Spice after embracing a diet regimen, according to London-based personal trainer Bobby Rich.
Bobby has also revealed that despite her husband's claims that she's been eating the same meal for 25 years, Victoria's active lifestyle means she can still indulge in healthy fats and even the odd alcoholic drink.
Speaking to The Sun, Bobby offered an insight into Victoria's exercise regime, revealing that she is focusing on keeping her joints healthy as she approaches her 50s.
He said she joins him in the gym five days a week, and even on vacation she maintains her routine through online sessions.
"My methodology and application for training Victoria is based on my conditioning programming that I used when I was competing," said Bobby.
"I treat the year as a season and work through different training blocks, identifying peaks and recovery stages to get the most out of the incredible effort Victoria puts in each session, mentally and physically."
Victoria is expected to burn up to 600 calories during her workouts, and she continues to burn them after the session is over.
The star is two years away from turning 50 and has started prioritising joints and mobility with her workouts, with Bobby revealing she focuses on 'the smallest movements'. /Telegraph/
