All of them are included in the ten most expensive transfers, while Neymar holds the record of 222 million euros with the transfer from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain, followed closely by his teammate, Kylian Mbappe, from Monaco to the Parisians for 180 million euros .
80s: Diego Armando Maradona
The Argentinian striker had broken the transfer record at the time, having completed the move to Boca Juniors from Argentino in 1981 for 1.25 million euros.
Maradona broke his record again by moving to Barcelona for eight million euros, then to Napoli in 1984, and was called the 'King of Transfers'.
Olympiacos and Lajos Detari
