Ingredients:

* 8-10 eggs,

Preparation:
If it is young lamb, it is cut into ration pieces, salted, placed in a pan with hot fat and put in the oven to roast. From time to time, if necessary, a little hot water is added. Otherwise, it is thrown into the pot to boil, half-boiled, placed in a pan, where a little soup and two spoons of butter are poured. Put in a hot oven at temp. 200ºC to bake. In the meantime, shake the eggs with yogurt, add crushed garlic, flour soaked in a little water and broth, salt, vegetables, pepper. Add a spoonful of specal to the pan with meat, then pour the egg mixture over the meat and spread evenly over the pan.
