Cabbage moussaka, a caloric dish full of nutrients

Chop the cabbage into small pieces and fry in oil, add organic spices and pepper.
Until the cabbage is fried, the rice should be boiled.
In another container, fry onions and leeks in a square shape, finely chop the carrot and after a few minutes add the ground meat.
When the meat starts to fry, add the drained rice and, if necessary, some spices and pepper.
Half of the cabbage should be placed in a pan, the meat slice should be placed on top, the rest of the cabbage should be placed on top of it, then all should be flattened and the egg and milk mixture should be poured over them.
It should be pierced with a fork in several places, so that the mixture penetrates through the entire mass and baked at 220 degrees.
