The 40-year-old man slaps the girl twice, while she begs him to "listen", reports Telegrafi.
"Don't look, you put lipstick on," the father says to the girl, after grabbing her hair in his fist, and then hitting the other girl as well.
After the violent gesture of the man from the village of Iana in Romania was published, he was questioned by the Police.
