Pic shows: The girl is being helped by the security guard
This is the moment a young woman walks straight into an 'invisible' glass door which smashes around her leaving her with cuts on her feet and head.
The incident took place at the Admiraltiyskaya metro station in the city of St Petersburg in north-western Russia region and was recorded by a security camera inside the station.
In the video, a young woman can be seen walking up to a glass door but seemingly fails to spot it.
She walks straight into the glass, which smashes around her leg scattering shards over the floor.
The woman stands still to avoid getting cut by the smashes glass and slowly begins pulling her leg back through the broken door.
A security guard helps the girl to move her feet away from the glass and she can then be seen checking her face for blood as she walks away.
Local media report that some of the glass pieces got stuck in the young woman’s foot and she needed medical help to get them out of her body.
An ambulance reportedly arrived on the scene and gave the young woman stitches to her head and foot.
