Screen grab shows the moments a man is involved in a hit and run with a driver instructor. See National News copy NNSMASH: This is the shocking moment a man is mowed down in a suspected act of road rage ñ by a driving instructor. In the horrifying footage the victim, understood to be a mini-cab driver, is seen getting out of his car to speak to the driver of a learning car, before he slammed his fist on the bonnet. The driver of the black hatchback, which had driving instructor liveries on the roof, revved his vehicle and accelerated the Ford Fiesta into the 26-year-old victim who bounced off the bonnet and underneath the vehicle. As the victim screamed in agony, the instructor charged off, driving across onto the other side of the road and speeding away, towards oncoming traffic.
