Pristina is becoming the epicenter of the region's gastronomy with the opening of YSABEL Society.
Located on the rooftop of the Marriott Hotel in the capital, YSABEL brings a unique concept spread over three floors, with two luxurious restaurants, an Italian restaurant on the 22nd floor and an Asian restaurant on the 23rd floor, as well as a rooftop bar with stunning views of Pristina on the 24th floor, raising the standard of culinary experience to the highest international levels.
The extraordinary architecture of this project was realized by the prestigious company BAH Projects in London, a studio that has created some of the world's most iconic brands such as: Annabel's, Sexy Fish, Gaia, Harry's Bar, The Wolseley City, Ivy Asia and many more.
The exclusive menu YSABEL It was created by world-renowned chef Paul Greening - former Group Executive Chef for Novikov, Group Executive Chef of Aqua Kyoto in London, as well as chef of Pier Restaurant in Sydney and many other places - and is known for his innovation and artistry in the kitchen.
Behind this innovative project stand three key figures of modern gastronomy, who with their vision and experience are putting Pristina on the international map.
- Sahiti decoration and Genc Gashi, names that have left deep marks on the post-war gastronomic scene of Kosovo with a profound impact on the way of life of Kosovars, something for which Pristina is still known today.
- as well as Baton Berisha, who has built an illustrious career in London overseeing the industry's most prestigious brands, including: The Ivy Collection (Group), Caprice Holdings (with iconic restaurants like Scott's and Sexy Fish in London and Miami), bacchanalia IN London, Birley Group (with exclusive clubs such as Annabel's, George Club, Harry's Bar), as well as the chain Bill's Restaurants.
YSABEL, is expected to be the best in the region and beyond.
The epic and solemn opening is expected to take place during the fall of this year, transforming the capital into the newest address of taste, luxury and unforgettable experiences.
