The grandson of the Legendary Commander Adem Jashari, who inherited his grandfather's name, Ademi has just turned 14.
He was not lucky enough to know his grandfather, but he knows his deeds for freedom very well.
"I am proud of the name I bear," he told RTK.
He says that his grandfather wanted Kosovo to be free, so the sacrifice he made for the country was great.
