Sylvester Stallone is one of the most recognized names in world cinematography. The Hollywood icon of action movies has an extremely successful career behind him, but life behind the cameras has not been as happy for the famous actor.
From his marriage to Sasha Czack, the Hollywood star had two sons, one of whom died at the age of 36, while the other was diagnosed with autism. He also has three daughters from his marriage to Jennifer Flavin, while the eldest was diagnosed with a heart problem as a baby, in which case she had to undergo surgery. Sage stallone was the eldest son of Sylvester, who followed in his father's footsteps by becoming an actor, director, and film producer. He was born in 1976 in Los Angeles from the Hollywood icon's relationship with actress and director, Sasha Czack, making him the brother of Seargeoh 'Seth' Stallone and the half-brother of the actor's daughters, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet Stallone.

Sage made his film debut alongside his father in Rocky V (1990), playing the son of the lead character, Robert Balboa Jr. He also starred with his father in Daylight (1996). A photograph of Sage as a child alongside his father also appeared in the 2015 film Creed.

Sage Stallone was found dead on July 13, 2012 at his home in Studio City, Los Angeles (aged 36). He had not contacted anyone for four days before he was found dead. An autopsy and toxicology tests showed Sage had died of coronary heart disease caused by atherosclerosis. At the time, he was in a serious relationship and engaged.
Seargeoh Stallone is the 72-year-old's second son from his marriage to Sasha Czack. He was born in 1979, and at the age of three he was diagnosed with autism. Despite numerous therapies, he has not been able to overcome his problem. Sylvester realized that something was wrong with his son's behavior when he posed with him for the cover of People magazine. Seargeoh had started repeating words and had difficulty walking. After a series of examinations, doctors diagnosed him with autism. Since then, he has followed a series of different programs and therapies, as well as going to a special school.
Stallone refused to place him in a special medical institution and kept him with his family, raising him like other children. Furthermore, he made his film debut in the film "Rocky II" (1979) as Robert "Rocky" Balboa Jr.
Seargeoh spends most of his time alone, while even the paparazzi respect his privacy by not following him too much. In a way, he stays out of the public eye.
Sophia Rose (born 1996) is Stallone's eldest daughter from his marriage to Jennifer Flavin. When she was just two and a half months old, a hole was discovered in her heart. As a result, she required open-heart surgery and it took her several years to fully recover. She now lives a healthy and normal life.

Sistine Rose Stallone (born 1998) is the actor's second daughter from her marriage to Flavin, who has not had any health problems while enjoying a modeling career. She refuses to apologize for her private life even though she is quite active on social networks.
