Manchester United icon Ryan Giggs has beaten stiff competition from other football legends to be named the greatest Premier League player in history, according to the Daily Mirror.
The now 46-year-old Welshman has had a sensational career in English football and spent an extraordinary 24 years at Old Trafford.
The former United winger won 13 Premier League titles, two Champions Leagues, four FA Cups and three League Cups with the Red Devils.
Daily Mirror has compiled a list of the top 10 Premier League players of all time and Giggs has come out on top.
According to this newspaper, Giggs is also worthy of a place among the greatest players of all time.
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, who is widely regarded as one of the best strikers of all time, finished behind Giggs in the rankings.
Cristiano Ronaldo closes the podium according to The Mirror, where no Liverpool player has a place.
