The Frenchman breaks the world record - he jumps into the water on his stomach from a 44-meter-high cliff

This is the chilling moment a young man from France broke the world record for jumping off a 44m high cliff.
Come Girardot, 22, jumped from the La Cimbarra waterfall near the town of Aldeaquemada in central Spain, despite strong winds - with the sole aim of breaking the belly-dive record as is the original Norwegian version. Telegraph reports.
The young man from Bordeaux shared the video of himself jumping from that height - where he is seen standing next to the cliff before deciding to plunge into the water on his stomach.
"Jumping from a height of over 40 meters has been my goal since my last world record of 36 meters," said the Frenchman.
According to CorriereTV, the jump lasted just three seconds - flying at a speed of 106 kilometers. /Telegraph/
