Real Madrid has reached an agreement with a company from the Middle East to remove the Catholic cross that is on the jersey because of the Muslim religion that is the majority in this country.

The brand which is a company from the United Arab Emirates is the group that has the exclusivity of the jerseys that will be sold in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.


The vice president of the Marka company, Khaled al-Mheiri, explained the agreement and why the Catholic cross will be removed in these countries.
