AC Milan star Rafael Leao has hailed Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in the history of football.
Leao plays alongside Ronaldo in the Portugal national team, as they dream of the World Cup trophy this summer.
In a recent interview, the "rossoner" player stated that no matter what happens at the World Cup, Ronaldo will remain the best in history.
"Is it right that Lionel Messi is the best in history because he won the World Cup? No, I don't think so. Of course, the World Cup is important for Cristiano Ronaldo because it's the only title he hasn't won before."
"But it doesn't matter. Cristiano Ronaldo will be the best in the history of football," he declared.
Ronaldo, meanwhile, continues to shine at Al Nassr and is expected to receive an invitation from Portugal for the 2026 World Cup.Telegrafi
