Premium bourbon vanilla is sourced in the Sava region of Madagascar, through a process where each vanilla flower is hand-pollinated during its 24-hour blooming period. Nine months later, the vanilla pods are harvested and the aroma is extracted through a careful process that begins with blanching, steaming and drying the pods. The extract is then obtained through a supercritical CO₂ extraction method and concentrated, creating a flavor very close to the vanilla bean itself. The vanilla sourcing process also guarantees fair and sustainable incomes for producers, supports agricultural training programs to improve the quality of the vanilla, and helps preserve the forest ecosystem.

Carefully sourced from Andalusia, Spain, the cistus absolute is prepared through a process that reflects a strong commitment to sustainable practices.
